Did you purchase your Xbox One X through All Access?

You must purchase the Xbox console through the All Access program to be eligible to trade-in/upgrade through the program. You can not trade-in previously purchased consoles for credit or upgrades.

The Xbox Video and Xbox Music programs can be accessed by either console.
