    Hello, I've recently upgraded my wifi and got a new provider. Ever since I switched to the one I use now I haven't been able to join partys on my console. I use an Xbox Series S and I've gone through all the basic steps to fix it. Ive restarted both the console and router, I've gone through my settings to make sure I wasn't blocked from chats or online play, my Internet is decent and I don't ever get disconnected, I've gone through and put my console offline and then reconnected to the Internet and it still won't work. Whenever I try to join a party it just says connecting before eventually kicking me from the party. If you have any ideas on what I could do to fix this please contact me.

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues joining party chats.

    If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

    - Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current network status"? In addition to this, please select "Test NAT type".

    - May I ask if you are experiencing similar issues starting a party chat of your own?

    - Is your console connected to the internet via wifi or network cable?

    I went into the nat type but it couldn't find mine, so I went to advanced settings and I turned off the QOS tagging settings and it solved my problem

    Always stuck connecting in any party chat

    Hi there.

    I would attempt checking your internet connection.

    If you do not have internet connection / stable internet the code will not process the party chat request. You can check wifi via Xbox settings, if this is still an issue I would unplug your xbox for 30 seconds OR restart your internet router.

    Is the console connected to the router with an ethernet cable or are you using the same WiFi connection? For optimal performance and stable connection, the use of an ethernet cable is recommended.
