    Console party chat audio to remote play/console companion


    Is it possible to get the console's party chat audio into the remote play audio WITHOUT using the gamebar/app party chat option? i do not have a capture card and was trying to figure out a simple solution for windows 10.

    The support section for party chat only walks you through troubleshooting one or the other, but not together.

    You won't get the party chat audio trough the remote play in console companion app, as you can use the party chat trough the Xbox app or game bar, so it's not necessary to have it on the console and shared trough remote play.

    the double audio im hearing is coming from the companion app on my pc that im using to stream from my xbox. its not from streamlabs. im getting the audio from my xbox and my pc via the companion app. but im using the companion app to use party chat to

    Xbox console companion party chat won't work.

    To be sure, are you using the Xbox app or the Console Companion App? Party chat has been discontinued for the Console Companion App.

    What specifically doesn't work? The stream audio or the party audio?
    Was that not covered in the OPs post?

    Seems to me that the OP is playing using the Remote Play function but the Microphone doesn't work when in a party chat whilst using the Remote Play. the Mic works fine when directly connected to the Xbox or used via the Xbox App
