Console not Processing game data

So since yesterday i have been having a problem with my console not loading games correctly and not the common games just wont load, The games load but are almost minutes longer than usual load times and for instance in overwatch the game data like character
models don't load in till about a minute into a match so this also happens on gta 5 which took 12 minutes to load into story mode then when i tried to drive around i was presented with holes through out the map and sections where buildings are not loaded in
and it freezes till they do spawn in it happens as well on call of duty but no where near as bad i know its not connection based as even when my games are not loading in i can still talk and communicate

Originally i thought might be just the game as overwatch had a big update recently but once i saw gta 5 i was really concerned

I am just worried it might be my consoles processor or something thats not working

I have an Xbox one X so you can imagine why the insane load times and incapability to load in game data concerns me i am not sure if it has something to do with an update or something but on the 18/5/20 it was fine and since then this has been going on but
if any one knows anything or has had the same issue any information would help

EDIT: i have tried hard resetting but as of yet i am not sure what else to try to fix this particular issue

Hey i tried hard resetting sorry i should add that to the post i also cant actually contact xbox support through any means currently as i cant make calls and there usual chat support that i use is not available hence why i am here but i do appreciate the

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty perplexing but maybe a little more troubleshooting it could be resolved. I suggest giving the console a

soft factory reset (the kind that keeps your games & apps installed.) a shot.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

Hey Steven i'm not sure what its doing but for the time being its actually fine its crazy that for 2 days it was what seemed like dying then bam all good again like it never happened so now i'm not even sure but if it happens again ill definitely try that

Hello,

i‘m not an expert at this, but maybe try and Hardreset your Xbox. Just hold down your Power button for ten seconds, until it‘s completly off. Wait 10-15 seconds, and then turn it back on.

If that doesn‘t work, maybe try and contact the Xbox Support team.
