Console not connecting to network on boot

Could you delete your consoles network settings, then hold the power button on front of your console for 10 seconds. Boot up your console and try connect to your wireless network.

Clear your consoles network settings are accomplished by going into network settings, advanced and alternate MAC. From there you should be able to clear the current network settings.

I've encountered the same issue, try disconnecting your network then power cycle the console. When you turn the console back on try using a wired connection for the first boot.

Hi, could you try disconnecting your console from your network, the console should then boot to the dashboard where you can then reconnect the console to your network and attempt to sign in. Please try that and then restart the console and see if you still
get the issue.

If you're using a wireless connection you may be best just powering off your modem/router to disconnect your console from your network. Wired connection simply remove the network cable from the console.

Generally this is on the side of either an update issue or a network connection issue. How do you have your Xbox One connected to your network? If it's wireless try powering off completely and connect via wire and boot your console back up to see if there's
any change.
