    Console not complete


    My family received, what was supposed to be an XBox One S Minecraft edition for Christmas. Upon removing the Minecraft edition sleeve, we were greeted by a man XBox One S box. It contained only a plain white console and controller, the power and HDMI cable,
    and a code for 14 days of Live Gold. That was it. There should have been 3 Minecraft game discs or codes for them, plus a 1 month Game pass and a 3 month Live Gold code. It did not have these these.

    I would like to know how I would go about claiming these for my account, thank you.

  2. Complete frozen Console

    Hey there, I hope I'm right here.

    So, today I watched some Videos on Youtube, like I often do. Then suddenly the Video froze and I thought "Yeah, okay. I'm just going to close youtube and restart it." So, I tried to end the Video and close youtube. The controller reacted and I could hear
    the sound of switching between the videos and other stuff. But the frozen Video was still there, so I wasn't able to see anything else. So I restarted the console, it's still there. I made a Hard Reset, it's still there. I pluged it out, it's still there!
    I'm going crazy here. When the console starts I can hear the start up sound and everything else. Just this stupid frozen Video won't go away. So I can't see anything. Can someone help me? Please! It's the old Xbox One, I got it 2 years ago.

    Killer Instinct Complete Collection - Not Complete?

    I Purchased the Killer Instinct Complete Collection a week ago, and it said I get all accessory's, skins, that were available in the Season 1 and 2 Ultra, Ultra Combo Packs, Combo Breaker packs etc...

    but they are still locked, I have to use KI gold or level up xp to get them?? Also no Christmas Accessory's which were released in a Season 1 ultra pack.

    When I purchased the Killer Instinct Complete Collection I thought it would contain the complete collection. it seems my collection is far from complete!

    any help?

    You would have to contact the retailer it was purchased from for an exchange.

    Ok, So I have attempted 4 times to go through Microsoft Store support, EVERY DAMN TIME, I get sent to some other support that "Can't help you, you need to contact Microsoft Store Support" One of them even sent me a link to the support site and told me what
    to click, so I did and I'll be damned if we weren't connected back to each other!

    NOWHERE is there a pre-defined, "Missing Game Codes" link, everything are 3 and 4 year old forum posts for XBox 360 games. How hard can it be to look up an order number, verify that it is in fact the Minecraft Bundle, say "We're
    sorry about that, can you please verify that this is your XBox Live Account username" and then "We've sent the codes to your Live Account" Instead I have to spend 45 minutes waiting on a chat person to open, talk to them for 15 **** minutes only to have them
    tell me I need to contact Microsoft Store Support via a phone number. Then call the phone number, get an automated message that lists my options , ZERO of which apply to my situation and then it just ends, there's no "Press x to talk a person or stay on the
    line" it just ends.. Then try to get support from the Store site only to be connected to someone who tells me I need to go through the store, she gives me a link, tells me what to click and they will help. I do that and 2 minutes later it, literally, connected
    me back to HER!

    I'm to the point of trying to decide whether I should just send it back or not, but based on the run-around I'm getting just trying to retrieve some missing codes, I would imagine a Return would be a bigger pain in the ass. Someone PLEASE Help me with a Tangible
    Answer that's more than, "You need to contact Microsoft Store Support" because there is NO Support at the Microsoft Store.

    I too am having the same issue. We bought two of these Xboxes and neither one came with minecraft games, the 3month live subscription or the one the one month game pass.
