If you have access to a friends power supply then try it to see if the power supply has failed.

Amigão, eu também tenho um Slim de 4GB e salvo quase tudo em Pen Drives!! Não tem isso de estragar o console não.. O próprio xbox formata o pen drive para ser reconhecido por ele, nada de maracutaia que o cara lá em cima falou... (n00b). Mas tem um detalhe,
o máximo que o console reconhece numpen drive são 16GB..ou seja, nao adianta espetar um de 64GB achando que tá com todo esse espaço que não tá nao..Só vai poder usar 16GB no máximo.. Tenho 3 pen drives espetados no meu já kkkkk

Agora, luz de fonte laranja é estranho...
