Olá! Eu tenho o Xbox One S, e tenho tido problemas com o console de travamentos no sistema/engasgos, além de jogos que não abrem ou quando abrem crasham em segundos.

Eu abro qualquer jogo e aparece um erro de arquivo, 0x000001e7, com uma mensagem de erro em inglês que geralmente diz que não foi possível carregar ou ler um tal arquivo, e um outro código de erro que não lembro qual é mas que aparece junto com a mensagem
de que o jogo demorou muito para responder.
