    Console keeps getting signed out


    My email has been targeted by hackers for over a year now and every time I “sign out everywhere” it also signs my console out even though there’s a note that specifically says Microsoft can’t sign Xbox out.

    I can’t get any support people on chat or phone and no response to emails.

    Why is my console being signed out (and what would cause “sign in with controller” to stop working because that’s messed up too).

    I was online for about 2 hours after it came back up and didn't have any issues. Maybe a power cycle for your router and modem is in order.

    Are you trying to use a realm? Realms can only be accessed online and you'd need to remain connected to access them.
