    Hello, I've been having a really annoying issue with my console. It worked perfectly up until about a month ago. Out of nowhere it started disconnecting my controllers every once in a while, when this happens they won't sync to my console, even if I plug
    them into my system it doesn't recognize anything. The Xbox logo will just glow brighter than usual. This is a random issue, sometimes it'll work perfectly and my controllers have no issue. Does anyone know of a solution to this?

    Hey MoonLightFox! Have you tried this with multiple game discs? Do you receive an error message, if so what is it? You also may want to check out the following

    disc read troubleshooter     to see if the suggested steps help. Let us know the results and the answers to those questions so we can help you out! :)

    Try cleaning the disc? or start looking for a disk fix as it is possibly a problem with the drive itself

    If you've ever switched consoles in the past, it usually says that. You can fix it by going to your active downloads on the console, selecting the download, and choose "Download All Items" and it should stop that message.

    I have tried everything and my hard drive works fine, but every other game works smoothly but it's those specific games that always act up. And I just tried playing an older game today and my Xbox doesn't even want to read it anymore.
