    My Xbox is wired in to my internet, when I updated the password to my internet, the Xbox disconnected and showed numerous problems:

    Showed I was connected to the internet but couldn’t access Xbox live.

    Shows the friends that were online from the last time I played a few days ago.

    Date and time showed 10:14 am September 1st 2014....it’s 8:30 pm April 18th 2018.

    I played last and perfectly fine online on the 15th. Tried everyway I could to restart the Xbox and the router and nothing worked.

    I appreciate the answer. I did some quick browsing and it seems to be a corrupted profile. It has been suggested I redownload my profile.

    OK so that i understand you correctly.

    You changed the password to your router to get onto the internet correct?

    Did you go in and update the password so that your xbox knows the new password to get on the internet to your router?

    That sounds like what is going on here.

    Hey MoonLightFox! Have you tried this with multiple game discs? Do you receive an error message, if so what is it? You also may want to check out the following

    disc read troubleshooter     to see if the suggested steps help. Let us know the results and the answers to those questions so we can help you out! :)

    Try cleaning the disc? or start looking for a disk fix as it is possibly a problem with the drive itself

    If you've ever switched consoles in the past, it usually says that. You can fix it by going to your active downloads on the console, selecting the download, and choose "Download All Items" and it should stop that message.

    I have tried everything and my hard drive works fine, but every other game works smoothly but it's those specific games that always act up. And I just tried playing an older game today and my Xbox doesn't even want to read it anymore.
