    Console is practically unusable after New Home Experience


    There are so many issues with the New Home Experience. I have the following in Series X:


    • Games make no attempt to Update. Just sit doing nothing.


    • Xbox Does not turn off TV, Controller, or Headset when Shutdown.


    • can only use one App/Game per Plug In. To change App/Game need to Unplug the console and Plug it back in.


    • Controller becomes unresponsive for 30 second when opening new Menus (Guide, Settings, etc)

    The issue here is that you purchased the console used. Perhaps the original owner got himself a new console and set his tag as Home on it. This would make the games that were on the console unusable by you.

    I'm selling my Xbox one s and if I reset the console, will the games also go away or will the games I bought from Microsoft store go away aswell!?

    that's because it was set as your home console, if you ever sign into a new Xbox then make it home the games will become unusable on the old one, but like I say selling an Xbox with your games on is a breach of the terms and bannable.

    I've never experienced a full console crash, but the menus eventually become so unresponsive and slow that it's practically unusable.

    As for video, I'm not using a 4k tv. My console is playing at 720p with no Hdr enabled.

    Same problem here. This issue in my opinion is related to the most recent update as no issues at all before this. Really hope it gets resolved soon via another update. There is no other reason the controller keeps disconnecting other than the update. My
    console is practically unusable.
