    as long as they don't know your passwords (as long as you did not tell them this) then you are all good, there is no other info he can get unless you gave him full access to your account in which case your broke the TOS and you better change your password.

    It shouldn't be a problem. It's only settings and console info. There is no personal info in that, so you shouldn't have any issues.

    TOS (terms of service) you agree to using your xbox.

    if you let your friend have access to your account they cand obtain your info to a degree, like email, name, address, phone number etc etc.

    what i would do is not worry about it and just change your password and pin and you should be fine.

    don't dwell on what has been done or may get done, just change password and carry on.
