You said you tried your friends account which is a violation of the rules.

If it's a permanent console ban then it can't be lifted.

I didn't do anything is there a way to get this lifted? This will be the first since I played 360.

While playing MWIII plunder everything goods until this happened. earlier this morning my account can make a purchase I even tried in my friends account after contacting support I manage to purchase something in the store. now after few hours this happen I checked my email, enforcement status there's nothing stated or warning that I violated anything. I just want to play and grind camos and this happened

Console bans wont show up on the enforcement team site since they are not able to be appealed. Only account bans show up there.

Were you previously using your friends account at all before this ban? I ask because using someone elses account (even if you had their permission) is against the rules and that by itself can be enough for them to issue a console ban.

An Xbox device enforcement action is the result of a thorough investigation by Xbox in response to the most severe violations of our rules.

These enforcement actions can’t be lifted by Xbox Safety.
