I know xCloud is available anywhere Xbox Live is currently available. Game Streaming from your own console is not supported in many areas yet though.

I'm having this exact same problem. My account on the web says the game is already purchased (used the code from the xbox one bundle), but the store in the console itself says Buy for $59.99. Everything else WORKS, and I am definitely logged in via the console.
It just refuses to play the game.

My connection with xbox works fine but I can't find stream option in Xbox app (both, Xbox and Xbox beta). From main menu of Xbox App, there is an option to choose streaming game but I get an information that streaming must be on in my Xbox console under
Settings > Preferences. But gues what? It's on ... yet Xbox app says something different :/

Please find solution fast as this is quite frustrating...

Cloud streaming wont be on the cards for me for a while. Our area doesnt support good or stable enough internet yet to even consider it. And as yet I think a lot of the UK is in the same position. I see many benefits for it though and suspect it is
the future.

I'm interested in how well this will work on a mobile connection. In my experience streaming games of any sort doesn't work well in my area.
