Console/game is freezing/pausing/slow-mo

Hi there. I'm having a new issue with my console/game that is driving me nuts. It's an Xbox One.. I've been playing Skyrim for months and not had this problem. It's not a true "freezing" up, it's kinda like pausing, and going into a slow-mo loading thing
combination.

When I load the game, it'll take a few seconds longer to load (it is installed on the HD), you go through which save to load and it seems to go into slow-mo to do it.. the screen will be that black-grey with smokey wisps floating around for ages... However!
I have found that if you hit the home button, the B for going back, it releases that slow-mo phase and loads the game like normal.

But it's not only on game loading. You go to save, click down and over to that section and it'll "pause" forever before loading the small screen capture of whatever save you wanna save over... If it's the next one down, it does the same thing. And again,
hitting the home button then B for going back releases whatever the hell is causing it to do that.

I've already deleted many games off the HD thinking that would help, but this started after I had done that. No system updates are coming up when I check, and I don't have internet here to lag it down.. (I use the hotspot on my phone for updates)...

So can anyone help with this? Anyone else ever had this issue?? Any help is appreciated! ^_^

seraph crystals ?

Ok I'm not a newb. But I just finished the whole DLC and I thought they said something about a new form of currency called "seraph crystals". I havent' seen one. Did they cancel that part of the DLC for a later date? Or is this just me? My main character's
game has been running slow lately.. Freezing up and pausing for 10 seconds at each save point in the game..
