Console For delivery: Still waiting (Repair order: n° 1426184078)

Good morning,

My name is Yacouba N'diaye ( / *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***). I've sent my console for repair on 06/14/18. According to the web site the console has been deliver on 07/04/18 but I did not receive the console. So where is my console? What is the name of the delivery
service you used so I can contact them?

In addition to it, This is the 2nd time I send this console to be fix. I bought the console on December 2016, And I was NEVER BEEN able to play on it. Because in the meantime, I left France beacause of my occupation, and It's very difficult, being here,
(Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire) to send it to Xbox in case of problem. It took almost one year to send and get the console back. So I lost my 1 year xbox live subscription, without enjoying it a single day!! And now, for the second time, the console is back to your
labs, I don't know where it is.

Please to do something.

Repair status - elite controler

hi,

got a problem with my elite controler.. so call xbox support witch gave me a repair order number and ups return sitcker..

i send my controler and check both ups and xbox site...

here is my problem...;

call support gave me repair order n° 1425658092.... same number was on the bottom left of ups sticker

my xbox account tell repair n° 1425695672.... and a different ups tracking number

for now... my account tells "waiting product"...

But according to UPS my product has been delivered..

I've sent mail to xbox support .. but no answer...

Could you explain ;..pls
