    Console finally updated, but now more issues after the update.


    I was one of those unlucky few who couldn’t update their Xbox and was reviving an error code with a ton of 0s. That was a few days ago and I decided to let Xbox fix it on their own time. Well as of now my Xbox was able to install the update but doing so removed ALL of my profiles. It required me to set up my Xbox again as if my Xbox had never been set up before. I had to reselect my backround, add my main profile and all my other profiles back to this Xbox, select it as my home Xbox, ect.

    Anyone else experience this or can explain to me why this happened? My Xbox basically got reset (except for the installed games and apps of course. Even the name had to be redone)

    After two months, they finally fixed this issue lol. There was an update for DQXI a few days ago. The PC version should work with cloud saves now.

    I had the same issue and now it (finally) connected and more updates are downloading. I'm not sure if it's because I accepted the terms here, or if that's just a coincidence.

    Xbox one shows green loading screen but then there is a black screen.

    It’s a known issue after the update, I think it has something to with the new Microsoft Edge. I finally managed to get my console working again after a factory reset but it now takes a lot longer to start up and it stutters during gameplay. Seems like they’re doing it so we move onto the next console! Absolute joke.

    any update on this? i tried it all but nothing seems to be working
    It was solved for me. Firstly after a windows update, I've finally been able to download games. And now, xbox app finally has its XboxGames folder with the latest updates.
