Console Error after failed update

Hi

I recently updated my xbox one last thursday (11/2/2017). Unfortunately, there was a problem during the update process. It stop at 98% and said there was an internet connection problem. I waited for almost an hour and still it failed to connect. Then it
prompted me to skip the update and reboot. Knowing that the update failed and it did not process, I did choose skip and reboot.

But when the xbox one rebooted, there where errors and said that I have to reset the console. When I tried to reset the console, the System Error E102 appears. So I did restart again and still the same error appears every time it boots. So what I did is
to research on your web site and check what System Error E102 means. So I follow the instructions there regarding troubleshooting. I did bring up the troubleshooting and try to reset the console, so I choose Reset this XBox. Then another option appears and
I chose Reset Xbox One to factory settings. When the console reboots, it just goes to Preparing console with no progress bar and after how many minutes, System Error 102 appears again and said that Something went wrong. I also tried the option to use a USB
to reset to factory settings and still the same error appears.

Hoping for your immediate response regarding this problem.

I had the same error just after a failed attempt to update console; the solution was

1. Turn off

2. Unplugging power cord

3. Wait for 20 seconds

4. Reconnecting

5. Power on console

After that it started as usual, and the error disappeared

I am getting this error code on a failed update 0x8923000a 0x00000000 0x00000206

Hi,

I am getting the above error code after a failed update on a brand new console, turned on for the first time. The code is not on the list or coming up in the search error code in support.

It may have been the update failed so the console had to revert back to previous software, preempting yet another update after the first failed one. The fact it errored numerous times is a bit odd but as long as it has gotten through now should be fine.

Tried and failed for me. Even after a factory reset the update gives the error.
