    recently i purchased an xbox one and Ive been using a new account I had to make because I forgot my old account. Today i was trying to recover my old account which I sort of did successfully but when signing in i had a message telling me someone else was
    using my account or was. I was then prompted to change my password which I did and I got my account back but then a message told me saying my account has been permanently suspended and I cant sign into xbox live. So i chatted with an agent for a while on possible
    solution and we had one on my enforcement history showing my 2 cases resulting in a suspension. The suspension was in 2015 so i was no longer able to open a case to try and get the suspension possibly lifted. The mod finally told me to ask a question in the
    forums. I dont remember getting suspended on the account when I used to use it on the xbox 360. I am just now being aware of this. Since a message prompted telling me that someone was using my account maybe whoever was using my account did that I have no idea.
    Is their any way of getting this suspension lifted?

    Hey there StefLennart2125.

    To check, does this notification happen with any other games or is it only with Rainbow Six Siege? If you haven't tried already, please try removing your profile from your Xbox One, power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds), and then add your
    profile back. Let us know how it goes Console Enforcement Actions :)

    It's with all games that require Xbox live online multiplayer.

    You should have reported this issue when it happened if you were concerned regarding the security of your account. A suspension of 3 years before will not be reviewed.

    Hi, unfortunately if you sold your Xbox and didn't remove your account, this can happen. At the end of the day you are responsible for the security of your account. It is unfortunate but if it has a permanent suspension, there is no way to get it overturned.

    Hi, unfortunately if you sold your Xbox and didn't remove your account, this can happen. At the end of the day you are responsible for the security of your account. It is unfortunate but if it has a permanent suspension, there is no way to get it overturned.
