1.Repeated and Serious Violations. If there have been repeated and serious violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement or Community Standards, Xbox may issue a device ban.

2. Console Tampering. Physically modifying your console to play unauthorized software can result in a ban.

3. Online Fraud. Activities like phishing, account theft, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or other players can lead to a ban.

4. Pattern of Nefarious Activity. Establishing a clear pattern of harmful behavior can result in enforcement actions

To set your expectations properly, suspensions are handled by a specific Department and they are the Enforcement Team.
