    Hello, when i logged on i got a onscreen message that i had received a month long communication ban across my entire console. I checked all of the accounts connected to the Xbox but all have a clean history and i am therefore unable to dispute the claim
    since it is apparently non existent. I contacted xbox support via the support page and they were completely unable to help with suggestions on things i had already tried. please help

    Change your password and wait it out. It is very unfortunate but all that can be done.

    Although you received the message about the ban, can you still join Xbox Live parties and send messages?
