Console connection missing from new Xbox (Beta) App on Windows 10?

I have been trying to find a way to connect my Xbox One X to the new app so I can broadcast from my console on to my PC monitor. This was/is doable through the Companion app, but I have no connect options on this new app that it keeps prompting me to download.

Googling the issue just results in people saying the connect option is in the left menu bar, but there is no left menu bar. I believe they are still referencing the Companion app maybe? The only thing on the left for me is Games, but it only shows one of
my games (Ark). Hitting the Home button at the top does nothing but keep me on the Game Pass page.

I've checked under the account settings options but have not found anything.

So is Connect even a feature yet under this new app? I understand it is still in Beta, but all my searches say I should be able to (again, maybe they are referencing the wrong app?). I can still use the Connect and broadcast option through the Console Companion
for now, I just wanted to see if I could get better quality through the newer app.

You can report this issue from the app itself through the feedback feature

the new xbox (Beta) app does not have the streaming feature. You need to keep using the companion app until the streaming feature is added to the new app.

The feature to broadcast from your Xbox to PC isn't available for the new Xbox app at this time. There are a lot of features that are still only available on the old companion app, like trimming and uploading game clips to Xbox Live. Hopefully some of those
features will be added to the new app in the future.

Xbox Console Companion Appand
Xbox Beta App require Windows 10 as an operating system to operate properly. In order to connect the two, you must upgrade to Windows 10.

Hi,

that right, on xbox.com and on my Lumia 520 phone I can see the archivements. But in the Windows 10 Xbox-App there isn't this game in my list and because that, there are no archivements. In the App and and Beta-App there is a bug to see the Game in the list.
Also Microsoft Solitare from a Windows 8.1 device is missing. This one is also visible on my windows 8.1 phone.
