    Console Comunication Ban


    So I got a Comunication Ban on my account which is understandable but I’ve never had a Ban like this before because the whole console has a Comunication ban regardless of the account signed in and also it doesn’t tell me when I Get unbanned on the enforcement
    website if anyone can help tell me how long the Ban is that would be great

    did you get this fixed? im having the same issue. ive tried everything i still cant chat or message anyone. my communcation ban was lifted 10-30-17 smh thats a week ago. still no chat features or messaging anyone. Microsoft is so
    bad man. one problem after another

    alert here. Please let us know if it continues once this is resolved.

    Console Comunication Ban

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to prevent you from doing this.It means all accounts on that console have the same restrictions as the suspended
    account.

    The other accounts will work on other devices.

    If nothing about the account suspension is showing on the enforcement site then contact support
    here & they should be able to tell you how long it is for but will not be able to do anything else.

    Some enforcement actions like 100 day suspensions do not show on the enforcement site.

    No one on the forums can tell you as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

    I have the same thing. Had a 2 week communication ban, it was lifted 2 days ago, and I still can not create parties/use voice chat etc.

    What's going on?

    The enforcement team doesn't monitor these forums, but I can try to point you in the right place. This could be related to reputation like you suggested, you can check your enforcement history here to see if any enforcements are in place, here:
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/enforcement/showenforcementhistory . If there is none listed as active, sometimes refreshing the console could help, by holding down the
    power for 30 seconds on the front of the Xbox, while its on. then trying again. If that doesnt help, follow the steps closely here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/xbox-live/cant-send-messages
