    Hey Still Feedz

    We really appreciate your continued updates in regards to this matter. However, with us being able to access your router interface, we really don't have very many other alternatives other than waiting for your internet service provider to further assist
    you. I would be so bold as to recommend restarting your router back to factory defaults, but due to what you had to go through to get it set-up once that ISP technician arrived, I would be in the same boat.

    There is some network configuration that is definitely the culprit here. I would recommend that you use an alt MAC address from phone, or any other device that is connected to the wi-fi, and see if the same message is reproduced once more. It may not be
    a permeant solution, but should hold you off until your ISP gets a chance to visit you. You can do this if you are able to go into your

    network settings     on your console by following these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings.
    6. Select Advance Settings
    7. Select Alternate MAC address
    8. Select Manual


    You can than use a MAC address from a desired device. The other a would be using a bridge connection us a

    PC     or
    MAC     laptop or computer. Go ahead and give these a try, and please, let us know the results!

    Thanks for the responses. Just had a chat with the ISP, did not go as planned.. We just moved here so they had no records of us even having an internet connection at all, so they could not see the statistics and whatnot which means they were not able to
    change anything.. It will take multiple days for them to get the information sorted out, so till then I have to wait or figure it out by myself.

    Going to give it an attempt, I've had these 'multiple days' promises before, takes several weeks in most cases.

    I'll keep you guys updated if I find anything! :)

    I would recommend contacting your Internet provider and tell them what's going on and see if they need to do something on there end or walk you through what to do to get your xbox connected again.

    Try clearing the cache bro.
    Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
    Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
    It may work for you :D.

    It sounds like the internet itself needs modified. Whether it is forwarding ports, changing MAC settings, making it an open NAT, or changing security settings, your best bet is to have a chat with your Internet Service Provider if you are uncomfortable getting
    into the GUI of your modem/router.
