    Console cannot load up system. System error E305.


    Hello!

    I was trying to turn on xbox one for the first time. After few seconds of loading (green screen) system error E305 (00000001 80073CFE) occured. Console were not connected to the Internet.

    What can be done to fix it?

    I belive that is an update error , try and connect it to the internet ...

    Unfortunately, after connecting it to the Internet nothing else happend. I have the same error.

    Well , try a hard reset where you hold the xbox button for 8 seconds and try again , if still no go , I would return it I think...

    Console cannot load up system. System error E305.

    There are steps online for how to download an update to a USB drive and manually applying an update. I would do a google search for "e305 xbox one" and you should find a link that can help you with that. Hopefully a manual update will fix the problem you
    are having. If not you will have to return your Xbox one like Bimnog suggested.

    My son has the same problem, brand new Xbox one! Turn it on to the green screen for a few seconds then a black screen saying contact Xbox cust service, system error code e305 00000001 80073cfe

    Can't do n e thing with the *** thing, tried turning it off, unplugging it but makes no difference, seen the offline dignostic stuff but a pain in the ***, got better things to do Christmas morning, n e one found a solution to this??

    that error usually means its having a hard time with the update , which usually means connection issues , imo a hard wired connection for the update at least is the only way to go...
