Console bundled game

Hello,

I have recently purchased the Cyberpunk 2077 limited edition xbox one x which comes with the Cyberpunk game + first expansion and a free one month game pass ultimate.

The bundled products don’t come as codes and the option to claim them is meant to pop up while setting up the console.. However there was no prompt to claim the bundled items while i did the set up..

i have tried to contact the xbox support with no avail as there is nowhere a way to call them or request a call or chat with a human.. How should i proceed please? Thank you all for reading.

edit: I also would like to mention that this is my first xbox console and i am based in the uk.

Try removing and adding the account back on?

Cyberpunk 2077 will be released in Sep 2020, so you can't redeem this game now.

You actually have to claim it so it is added to your games, same as if you pre order it.

i have solved the issue with removing the account the adding it back, the prompt to claim ghe game and the game pass came up this time and CP2077 is in my games waiting for its release date.

I done this tips before but nothing helps! The xbox console is new and the bundle game the first game on the console. Should be run with it if sold in a bundle! Or a broken console with hardware problems?
