Console bricked after playing Black Ops 4

Hi everyone, this is my first post ever in the forum and Im actually really annoyed at ehats happened.

I have a 1TB Forza Edition Xbox One and have had a lot of games running on it without any issues at all. I recently installed Black Ops 4 and within a week of installing, the game has frozen, home screened and turned my Xbox off multiple times. The last
time it home screened my console it actually bricked the device. Now when i try to turn it on, i get either a black screen or the green screen with the xbox logo indefinitely.

This is a limited edition console and one I've had for a long time without issue, kind of sentimental.. What am I supposes to do? Now I have to be worried about any new game I buy potentially bricking any future consoles I might buy? I doubt I'll get e refund
for the console or it even fixed as it's out of warranty so..

I'm genuinely considering going back to Steam and buying a PC again. This is a joke.

Get in touch with Microsoft and explain what has happened, see if they will help . It's worth a try.

I have noticed the xbox running fast when on cod . I have stopped playing for now.

I was pretty disappointed with Halo 4. It was kind of boring and the multiplayer is not as good as Halo 3 or even Reach. After playing Black Ops 2 and Halo 4, I would have to say Black Ops 2 is a lot more fun.

I have checked my order history and black ops 4 is not there. I know i have played it on my console.
