Console began shutting down on its own.

thanks for coming to the forums. We understand a game is causing console to shut down. We recommend to uninstall and reinstall the game, sounds like the installation is corrupt. If it is a physical copy try installing it while console is offline.

Its digital and i have uninstalled it 3 times over with no luck.

If you're in the preview program first make sure you've got the very latest update installed. If you have and the console still turns off, turn it back on and as soon as it boots up, hold down the button on the controller as if you were going to turn it
off and select the "Send feedback" option. That will create some logs, you can attach a comment, then they're sent to the developers. It would also help if you started a thread in the preview forum and say that you've sent off the logs, as MS devs/employees
post in there and you may get some feedback on the issue.

I'm having the same issue except it will shutoff regardless of what I'm doing. Games, youtube, netflix, anything. I'm a member of the preview program so I can only assume that has something to do with it. My console and power supply aren't hot or overheating,
I'm not getting any error codes or messages. It just randomly shuts down and turns itself on sometimes in rapid succession. Very strange behavior.
