Console banned. Doubt.

My console has been banned. I wanted to know why. My stepson had lost access to his live account, could not remember the password. He was able to regain access to the account, but I do not know if he did any action to recover the account that may have implied
that his account had been hacked and if that led to the banning of our console. I await clarification.

Buying and setting up used XboxOne, will there be issues??

If the previous owner has been banned from certain online games, would this affect the new owner? As I understand such bans are for the whole console, so that the banned person cannot just re-enter the game using another sign in and email.

And so, if such bans were for the whole console, rather than single user, then it would no doubt affect the new owner.

 

I run the risk of being banned?

However neither my profile was banned. What was banned at the time was only the Console.

My doubt is if I can use these two accounts that have 5 games in them, where I bought with real money, without those "stolen accounts"

My accounts are unique.

Can someone help me get this doubt?
