Console banned , but profile showing no enforcement

If your nephew's account has been banned at the same time then that would suggest that something was done so bad that they decided to ban the console at the same time.

Thanks for your reply , but I genuinely dont have any idea why my console would be banned , I've had no contact from Microsoft prior to blocking my console , my nephew came ot ours over the weekend and his account has been suspended? If he logged into my sons xbox would that have possibly blocked my console ?

As this is a console ban, I don't believe it will show in the enforcement page as its not against one account. It means no account will be able to use the console. As per the below link, Xbox Support is unable to help with enforcement actions. I have popped a link below with further information about device bans.

What it sounds like is this there is 2 types of bans

Account level- which means it only affects that particular account

Console level- which affects any profile on that particular console

So if you can not do any thing on any profile on that console it sounds like you may have a console ban those will not show up in your enforcement history on the enforcement teams website.

Is it an account suspension or a console ban? Console bans won't show on the enforcement site.
