console banned after account got lifted off suspention

ok about a few weeks ago like on the 18th of October my account got banned but after it got lifted of its suspension which ended on November 2nd I was still unable to go on multiplayer or send messages and then I contacted one of the xbox support team and
I was told my xbox one got a console ban...on 1st of November...now don't get me wrong but it didn't make sense how it just happened and not fair on me that I got a console ban after my account got lifted off its suspension talk about "psyche!"...not fair
at all

now the way how I got console ban because I must of gotten a few recent reports for tampering the system, not true because I was not responsible for modding online as a matter of fact I got accused that and I repeat that was not true, I don't own any modding
devices in my household I wish I had proof but I don't thinks its possible...I have a friend who was responsible for modding on black ops 2

and with this happening I got a 1 month console ban on my xbox one which is not fair on me, to be fair I was in it for a few matches but things got awkward during when my friend gave me a modded menu on black ops 2 and the players in the game suspected me
for being a modder in the game I was innocent there is no way I would for me to fiddle with it when I was on my xbox one console and I didn't deserve it and enforcement team got the wrong idea what just happened that time I don't care if it was my own fault
and I should of known better. non of what just happened made any sense.

i got permanently banned after it said it was supposed to be lifted from suspention today then it said i got permanently banned so tell me please the gamertag was Synx Zanity

ever check the account suspention forums? EVERY SINGLE POST is about how people are getting banned from MW2.

 

Using a modding menu will get you banned. It's against TOS.
