Console banido[Traslation-Console banned]

Olá meu filho de seis anos ganhou o xbox e tentou jogar o plantas X zombe mas depois de quatro tentativas tivemos o console banido o que podemos fazer para ele voltar a jogar. É injusto não sabermos o porque é ainda mais ruim a experiência para uma criança
nem poder usufruir do brinquedo. Se for assim não recomendo para ninguém este produto. Peço ajuda para que tudo seja resolvido. Ou quero meu dinheiro de volta e entraremos com uma ação de dano.

Please look over the device bans section as it pertains to you. Unfortuantely, with console bans there is no case review. As we here on teh forums are unable to do anything more. We wil be locking this thread.

I'm sorry to see any frustrations, however we are unable to assist with any Enforcement actions. If there are other accounts on the console that also received a suspension, you can have them file a

Case Review to find out why the console was banned in addition to their account. Otherwise, there should be an email sent to your Microsoft account detailing why the console was suspended; console suspensions are not eligible for Case Review at this time.

ninguém dá satisfação, a gente fica largado aqui...

não vem um e-mail pelo menos para falar sobre o caso...

o que fica na minha cabeça é o que que adiantou ter um

apreço por ter os jogos originais todos certinhos e comprar só na live...

se tem gente bem próximas com consoles desbloqueados que a microsoft

não consegue encontrar e nunca vão e estão funcionando numa boa...

to aqui com meu console banido, sem reposta sem motivo, minha reputação no enforcment é excelente...

e ficamos por isso mesmo : (

amargou muito a vida!
