[translation-Hello my six year old son won the xbox and tried to play the plants X mock but after four attempts we had the console banned what we can do for him to return to play. It is unfair not to know why the experience is even worse for a child
or to be able to enjoy the toy. If so I do not recommend this product to anyone. I ask for help so that everything is resolved. Or I want my money back and we're going to file a lawsuit. ]

    :)

    Hi FA76,

Thanks for reaching out! In response to your concern, as the community continues to grow the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team remains committed to preserving and promoting a safe, secure and enjoyable experience for all of our members across
every device. If a player behaves poorly on Xbox Live – whether on an Xbox console or a Windows device, we take it seriously and will ensure any enforcement action applies to their account on each platform. Take a look at
Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers.

For more information about what each type of enforcement means, visit
    Xbox Live Suspensionsand
    Xbox Live Device Bans.

Please look over the device bans section as it pertains to you. Unfortuantely, with console bans there is no case review. As we here on teh forums are unable to do anything more. We wil be locking this thread.

    Hope this helps.

    CONSOLE BANIDO

    Hey there, Fabiojunio2017!

I'm sorry to see any frustrations, however we are unable to assist with any Enforcement actions. If there are other accounts on the console that also received a suspension, you can have them file a

Case Review to find out why the console was banned in addition to their account. Otherwise, there should be an email sent to your Microsoft account detailing why the console was suspended; console suspensions are not eligible for Case Review at this time.

If you need assistance with any other support issues, be sure to post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!

But in this link there is only one form to review the ban ban of Live and not in the console, my account has not been banned, only the console
