Unfortunatly you will have to post where Onyx has told you to post. However, if the XBLPET team have said that the forums was not the place. You can send them a message. You can do this by clicking onto sn announced post on the Banned and Suspended forums,
then this should load the post up. You can then click on the mail icon and send them a Private Message. Hopefully this should help you.

I do not think the XBLPET read these forums. However I might be wrong. But I would recomend contacting them directly with your concern.

I never purported to be a member of the XBLPET. Frankly what GamerBoyDylan did amounts to fraud at the minimum and possibly attempted identity theft. If he was arrested by the police they would not accept ADHD--which coincidentally the person who came
up with the diagnosis said was rubbish to feed his and the drug companies pockets--as an excuse and neither will Microsoft. The cavalier responses by some here that are giving him hope of getting a console banned over-turned--which never happens--is actually
rather cruel in my opinion.

 

No, they wouldn't accept ADHD as an excuse, I agree. But, they would work towards how that situation couldn't happen again, instead of locking me away. As I stated in my first post, I said I had apologized to the lad and his friends, and he said sorry to
me. So that was the end of our case - just for the console ban.

From the research that I've done on console bans under that specific forum: forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx, it appears that once a console is banned, there
is no reversing it. Please understand that the other Ambassadors that have commented on your thread, are trying to help you understand that you probably will not be able to use that banned console in question anymore the way that you would like to. I am
glad to hear that you feel you're doing better with your interpersonal skills. I would recommend that if you feel the need to follow up on your question, that you post something in the Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans forum (same link as above).
Good luck with whatever you find out, and remember to try your best to keep to the Xbox Live Terms of Service in the future, so as not to have something like this happen again.
