Console ban past due date

I got a 30-day communication console ban along with a 7-Day multiplayer ban and the multiplayer ban expired within 7 days but the 30-day communication ban is still on my console and it's been past 30 days it's been like 40 days I am not unbanned feel like
I'm being harassed by Xbox spent a lot of money with you guys but why am I still banned for practically nothing could really use some help on this because I just want to bash my head through the wall because of this dumb crap #help #please

Bans

So I recently was banned for 2 weeks due to "harassment, abuse, threats" and I waited out the ban. Enforcement says I have no active bans but when I login it says I'm communication banned. None of the past bans say anything about this being past the end
date of the last ban. Someone let me know what going on or how long it lasts?

The ban on enforcement.xbox.com says the ban was due to expire on 05/10/15 at 01:19:44. It is past that time and date, yet im still banned?? But when i go on the 360, it says im banned until the 18/10/15. So why have been told two different dates? Very poor
from the enforcement team...

Try removing the account from the console and then re adding it to see if that clears the issue.

It's also possible that your coms ban was extended. 100day coms bans might not be listed on the enforcement site and you'd have to contact official support to see if that is the case.

You could try posting in the banned console forum, but I doubt you'll get a reply. Because a console is not banned at the moment does not mean it will not be banned in the future for something that was observed in the past. Microsoft is known to wait and
ban a batch of consoles all at once. Due to this batch handling of console bans, it is a bad idea to buy a used console.

UPDATE: It seems to appear that Microsoft didn't update their enforcment history for me. I have only gotten a 2 week Xbox Live ban for "harrasment, threats, etc." How? I don't know but it's whatever.

It will still be the same due date as before, since it is been flagged as "past due" and you are still able to use the service it will count the time before making the payment.

Past-due balances

When a balance is "past-due," it means we've tried to charge your payment option, but it didn't work. We'll keep retrying, and if it continues to fail the subscription will eventually be canceled.
