    ive been console banned but i dont know why and on the enforcement website i cant file a case review because there is no shaking hands it jusy says i have a perfect record so i cant file a case review to know why i was banned

    pls help i havent done anything wrong to be banned

    No-one gets banned for not doing anything.

    You need to contact the enforcement team via the posted link above. If there is a mistake, then they are the ones who can rectify it.
