    Console ban for no reason at all


    “Your console is banned “ I’ve check enforcement seeing how many strikes I’ve broke and it’s 0/8 . I do absolutely nothing breaking terms or messaging anyone . Just play casually with my friends and play competitive gaming . Try to get hold from miscorsoft but send me to the enforcement page . Where I cannot appeal due to not having any strikes . I was advised to troubleshoot the Xbox but , if it’s a console ban surely it’s not anything to do with account bans etc . Sorry to bother but hopefully someone can help me out . I just want to ring up and ask but get sent straight through to voicemail

    It's not wrong.

    Phone/chat support often send people to the forums because they can't help which is incorrect.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums & haven't done for a couple of years.

    Case reviews can only be done via the enforcement site but console bans/suspensions are not eligible for a case review.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Console suspensions are not issued for "no reason".

    Usually they are issued due to multiple accounts on the same console receiving enforcement actions or to stop people using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account.

    Either way,console bans/suspensions are not eligible for a case review so you will have to wait out the suspension.

    If your account hasn't been banned, then you'll still be able to use it, just not the console.
