Console ban and permanent suspension on brand new account?

I just created a new account ‘Xim guns you’ about 3 days ago to play rainbow six siege. I made the profile picture an image of a xim matrix off google. Let me be abundantly clear that i do not use and have never used mouse and key board adapters such as xim. Never. I thought xbox had some sort of software that could check if someone was using an input device like that? But i have received a, what i believe to be, a permanent console ban. I appealed this enforcement action to no avail, and im just bewildered at what i could have done to warrant this. I have been on this console for 1 1/2 years and only ever gotten 2 enforcement strikes (on a completely different account). I spent $500 on this console… now because of some poor humor/rage bait, i cant use it at all? This wrong needs to he righted!

I know I’m console banned, at least for now because it says “this console has been banned from the xbox network”.

I said “I thought xbox had some software that could detect xims” because I don’t have a xim. I don’t use xim. I’ve never had a xim plugged into my xbox, I have a wire mic and wired speakers. That’s it. I’ve never had a xim, I just took a picture off google and made it my profile picture to get people angry.

That’s the problem though, I don’t actually have or use xim or anything like that. I just used a picture of one from google as my gamerpic. I’m not a xim user.

Hi Renato, thanks for responding. There’s not much more to say honestly. I have decided to move over to PlayStation over this incident. I understand PlayStation has similar rules, and no appeal process. However there’s no point in an appeal process if it doesn’t work. I am absolutely livid, and honestly just heartbroken that I am going to lose 11 years of clips, messages of passed loved ones. Irreplaceable memories. Not much more to say other than Microsoft should be ashamed. Meanwhile 95% of actual xim/cronus zen users are still running free. $500 paper weight. What type of company is this?

I can only express my regret for the ban imposed on your console.

Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do within the Community. The Enforcement team handles these cases independently, and I am sure they do their best to verify the different situations. Microsoft has no commercial interest in blocking a console, but everything is done for the safety of all players.

I don't know what else to add.
