Console activity log?

I am looking for any type of activity log for my XBox One S regarding times active, what profile(s) were logged in, and what games were played.

We are having an issue where we believe a child is using the XBox after hours. I am looking for validation of that concern before taking any action.

If there are other methods to obtain this information I am certainly open to ideas.

WEIRD console activity

while my xbox was off it downloaded a update that made it beep 3-4 times before it turned on by itself and ejected and retrieved the disc that was in. I checked if it had signed my account and it didn't because I wasn't sure what going on.
I turned it off now live is offline. What update was that? I read that there wasn't a console update today, but a game I play did, destiny.

Sorry you're having issues connecting to Live. Currently there is an outage affecting sign ins. I would wait for this to be resolved and if you're still having console issues like you described post back and we'll be happy to troubleshoot it with you!!

There is no activity log with the details that you are looking for unfortunately. Although, there are a few ways to check activity that may help you out.

1. For specific profiles, you can log into the Microsoft website to check recent activity. This also logs when the account simply logs into anything Microsoft.

2. A friend can see when your profile was last online.

3. You can go to network settings on your xbox one and check Bandwidth usage. this will give you information for all hours of the day. (this will not be too helpful if "Instant on" mode is turned on.)

I did login as myself to the Microsoft site and pulled up my Friends section. Everyone had a "last seen" time except for this particular child's account, which simply had "offline". Can you advise if there is a different section / area that you are referring
to for #1 (and #2) of your response?

I have "Instant On" disabled and will give #3 a look as well.

I also found this which will help you out if the account in question is a
child account :
See your child's device use with activity reports. However, if the account in question is an adult account then this will be of no use.

Now for number 2, Its possible that the account has privacy setting set up to
not allow other users to see when they were last online. You can change privacy setting either on the xbox or on the website :
