    Hello,

    I have been entirely unable to access my account on my Xbox 360 for months now. Every time I enter anything when prompted, it only gives me the same error code over and over. I have tried signing out of my account on the Microsoft website, I have tried restarting
    the console, checking the internet connection, everything. Nothing works or gives any kind of different result. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I am entirely unable to access my Xbox Live on my account.

    There are 3 Solutions to fix it.

    1. Verify the Microsoft account security information

    2. Clear ur System Cache

    3. Transfer and download your Xbox LIVE profile again

    Have you tried the steps at this link?

    If the steps listed do not work you could try deleting the profile from your console and clearing the cache 3 times before restarting the console and then redownloading the profile.
