Consol keeps going black off and on

My xbox one X keeps flickering off and on to a black screen no matter if Im in a game or just on the home page. Also does it when I restart the console and it says xbox. My monitor will no longer detect the console and all I can do is turn the console off by blindly using a controller or pressing the power button. I am completely at a loss on how to fix this without an additional update. I've reset the console, powered
it off and disconnected everything for several minutes, and even factory reset the entire console to no avail. Also switched out several HDMI cables and used it on a different TV and does it also. I tried all the solutions. Im out of warrinty also �� And the wait to get it fixed is who knows how long. Im so frustrated and Ive only had this for a couple if years. Maybe its over heating?

If your Xbox console is unexpectedly shutting down, it may be because it’s not getting enough ventilation, or there may be a problem with the power supply. Try the following solutions.

Solution 1: If the console is too hot:

If you see a message that says your Xbox is getting improper ventilation, or if the console is hot to the touch, follow these steps:

Turn off the console.
Wait at least one hour.
Move the console to a well-ventilated spot.
Turn on the console.

Solution 2: Troubleshoot your power supply:

Solution 3: change the console sittings so it doesn't turn off automatically:

Turn on the console.
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power mode & startup.
Under Options, select Turn off after, and then select Don’t turn off automatically.

Solution 4: Preform a system reset to clear any corruption:

Important System corruption can sometimes spread to external storage devices, so unplug any external storage (such as external hard drives) before performing a system reset and leave such devices unplugged until you’re able to verify whether the issue is still occurring after the reset.
