    So I recently had a power outage and my Xbox would not turn on, so I looked on the internet and it said to disconnect the power box from the wall and the xbox . But when I did it, it still didn't turn on. So I did it with a different cable and it still
    didn't turn on. But I noticed that the the light on the box was on until I connected it to the consle. I dont know what to do so Im asking here.

    Hey there Leo,

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this issue. In this case it sounds like you have already gone through the

    Xbox One Power Solution     support article. As stated within the support article. If the light turns on when plugged into the outlet but not on the console, But then turns off when you plug it into the console, then you will have to replace the Power Supply
    Unit. If this is the case you can follow the links on the support page for more information on replacing the PSU.

    Xbox game chat not working

    Same problem for me. I have been playing Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and I cant seem to get game chat to work on my Xbox One S consle, but heres what confuses me. For my consle, game chat is not working. But when I went to my dads house, I used the same controller
    and batteries and mic and account and he also has an Xbox One S consle but somehow it worked. My game chat used to work for my consle but it all of a sudden stopped. No change in settings were made, game chat just stopped working. No matter what i do i cannot
    get it to work again. I hope this issue can resolve itsself. Anyone got tips?
