    Consistent error until hard reset


    After I power on my console and launch any game or app, I frequently get an error that says “xxxxx took too long to start” with an error code (I can’t remember it at the time of writing this, I’ll edit when it happens again).

    Sometimes it’s daily and sometimes I can go an entire week without the error but the only remedy is to do a hard reset (hold power button for 5 seconds). Using the guide button on my controller and telling it to do a restart that way doesn’t work as the console just hangs at a black screen and I’m forced to hold the power button anyway.

    Any remedies to this? Is it an OS issue? Or is my hardware starting to give out. I’m on a Prokect Scorpio Xbox One X. Also, I use an external HDD and an external SSD.

    Anyone have problems with games backing out to dashboard?

    Hard reset doesn't fix it for me. Games and apps crashing to dashboard consistently.

    I don't know how many times i can explain this. I have had the same email address for the past 10+ years it has never changed and i have never used a different one for Microsoft. It has been the same email address for Xbox360 and xbox one. I don't know how else to explain this.

    Surely you must have some kind of code that can locate my gametag.

    How do I validate an account I cant get into? I am not very tech savvy, hence the reason i have kept an old email address.

    Is there not a way you can check using my email/username/ip

    I really don't know what to do, one day I had an account C********** the next I have my old account A***********.
