    Ok so on the 9th of December i filed for a controller replacement....i received an auto reply within minutes stating ide recieve an email withn 24 hours with info and if i didnt there was a link to click....after a few days of nothin i click link......it
    just takes me to my devices....0 use...NOTHING on the controller.....been over a week and i have 0 clue as to if my replacement was filed or if its stuck in limbo.....ive reached out to xbox every way possible....no reply back.....i miss the days where you
    made a call and had a conversation and the problem got fixed......GOOD TIMES those were...lol....soooo any ideas???

    Elite controller rubber grips coming off!! Again!

    its out of warranty clearly.

    warranty does not re-new if they replace controller.

    xbox contollers are worst conrollers i have been in my life.

    3 controllers disconnect from system and all resync at same time to diff ppl.

    The system didn't do this until we got new conrollers to replace the old ones.

    Xbox controllers are the best in my opinion. The Elite controller is a different ball game altogether. That is totally overpriced and it will fail and stop working way quicker than a normal controller. So not worth the money.

    You don't give much information, but my guess is that your controller is broken, you should either buy an other one or try to repair it
