Connnecting to the online severes

Hi, . When I go on halo wars 2 and try to play online but I can't connect to the online severs, I keep on connecting and disconnecting. I have re lunched the game plenty of times. I've re installed it 3 times and still no change.

Your connection speeds look good, but just to check, are you able to test a quick wired connection to see if there's any change?

I tired a wired connection with the other Xbox 1 I used and still no change
