    Ma Xbox one x n arrive pas a se connecter a un réseau sans fil. Elle trouve les réseaux (box internet, partage de connexion mobile)

    Message d erreur: problème matériel.

    Pas d autre indication, pas de solution.

    J ai tout redémarré a plusieurs reprises, en vain. Merci de m aider trouver une solution.

    La console est toujours garantie.

    Impossible de se connecter au réseau sans fil

    Bonjour,

    Quand connecte un réseau sans fil ma console affiche ce message : "Impossible de se connecter au réseau sans fil". J'ai essayer avec plusieurs appareil (Téléphone, galet 4G) et ça fonctionne pas.

    sinon essaye

    1. Appuyez sur la touche Guide  de la manette.
    2. Sélectionnez Système, Paramètres système, puis Paramètres réseau.
    3. Sélectionnez le nom de votre réseau sans fil ou Réseau câblé si vous utilisez une connexion filaire.
    4. Sélectionnez Tester la connexion Xbox Live.

    Sorry to hear that you're having connection issues. Can you Power Cycle your
    Xbox One console if you haven't already? Additionally, please unplug the power cable to your router or modem for 15-20 seconds. After waiting, please plug the power cable back in and see if that's successful.

    Can you try clearing your alternate mac address on the Xbox One console? To do so please go to the advanced settings under network settings. Please let us know if this helped fix the issue.
