Connessione download game lenta

Fino a 4 gg fa la connessione era da 80-90 mb in download e da 30-40 upload, ora invece il test (speedtest ookla) effettuato sul web dal browser della stessa xbox X è 97 in dowload è 35 in upload invece per scaricare, aggiornare i giochi fa fatica ad arrivare
a 2 mb. Le porte sono aperte e configurate sul router,il nat aperto, potenza del wi-fi è 100% perdita pacchetti 0. Ho fatto il ripristino senza successo, come posso risolvere, grazie Roberto..

Anche io da più di una settimana ho questo problema, fibra 100mb di fastweb però i download della mia xbox one s non superano i 2mb con qualche picco a 7-8mb.

Ho due teorie per questo download lento, la prima è che sia un problema di microsoft perchè sul pc che utilizzo per il lavoro la connessione funziona egregiamente, la seconda è che fastweb visto il problema della quarantena stia limitando la connessione
ai servizi di xbox ( e non solo perchè un mio vicino di casa riscontrava gli stessi problemi con i servizi psn )

Anche io uguale stesso problema, E SONO COLLEGATO VIA CAVO LAN. Per caso anche tu sei utente fastweb? Perchè Microsoft mi ha detto che è un problema di fastweb e fastweb mi ha detto che è un problema di microsoft e io mis che adesso non pago nessuno dei
due così mi diverto un pò anche io

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on download speeds. The downloads speed will vary from time to time. There are a ton of variables that affect this. One big one is being wireless. Have you tried connecting via cable
and see what the speeds are? Also try rebooting all network hardware in the house. Here is a guide for

slow download on Xbox one.

Stesso problema, dallo speedtest delle impostazioni di rete mi da un download di 2.18Mbps quando comuque tutto il resto dei dispositivi anche nei punti con segnale più debole hanno più di 70 Mbps. Stranissimo come dallo speedtest invece fatto direttamente
su Microsoft Edge dalla console mi dia risultati normali per la Fibra 100 Mb che ho mentre da quello delle impostazioni di rete un massimo di 3Mbps. Se avete risolte fatemi sapere
