Connectivity October-November 2016

First question: Does Microsoft even check this? Because if I (and all the other people complaining) should be doing this elsewhere, that would be a helpful fact to know.

The game will allow me to load (variantly), I can receive my daily rewards, but I cannot play. It will start the game, take whatever is needed from my cache for however many powerballs, but then the second the game starts (sometimes before) the whole app
closes. Lost. Gone. Dark Hole. Misery. Despair....you get the point.

Did you guys upgrade something in the game that requires an upgrade on our end? Something that end users need to know that maybe we have missed somehow?

Or is this just because the other games are low on players so once a month one of them is messed up so that people flock to another one? Been through similar situations with Sudoko, Mahjong and whatever the puzzle one is.

So in closing on said ghost site, if we could just get a reply from someone in tech to answer these issues (whether they actually help or not) it would be greatly appreciated. Gamers are a faithful lot to a point.
