    Connectivity issues on Windows 10 PC


    The issue appeared recently when I tried to join the game in Sea of Thieves. The error was:
    "Failed to connect to the Sea of Thieves servers. Please check your connection and try again. (Marblebeard)"

    I've already played SoT on this system without any problems. It was a while ago, before May 2020 update.

    Home network setup haven't changed (same router, same ISP) since I was able to play the game.

    There are no critical apps installed (third-party antivirus, firewall, etc.)

    Current Windows build is 10.0.19041. Xbox app version is 2008.1001.11.0.

    Xbox networking status (in Windows settings) shows -1 ms latency and
    100% packet loss.

    Xbox Console Companion shows the same, but latency is 62 ms instead of -1.

    Teredo seems to work fine. The router acknowledges UPnP request and creates corresponding port mappings.

    Things that didn't help:

    • rebooting the PC
    • reinstalling the game
    • disabling Windows Firewall (it's actually required to be on)
    • setting DMZ up for this PC
