Connection with W10 Xbox app issue

Indeed, my friend, it happens a lot lately with the Xbox app for PC, on W11 more than on W10, I myself am using W10 to install games, but every now and then, I face an issue there as well, but less than I faced when using W11. :/

Unfortunately, the app has some issues right now. :/

You are showing as last seen at present, i think this is the windows 10 xbox app casuing the issue here, i think this means when you use the xbox app on W10 even when you close the W10 xbox screen it sort of just goes into offline mode, you would need to
close the app actually by stopping it via the task manager manually via pressing these keys together....Ctrl Alt Delete then finding the xbox app and stopping it.

Hi, I understand where you're coming from.

Have you looked on your W10 account settings to see if your account needs any verifying?

Secondly, maybe go to the Xbox app in Windows and refresh your internet connection in the settings menu.

It might even be a server issue, is it still saying there's no connection?

Do your friends also have the message in NAT type that teredo is unable to qualify and server connectivity is blocked ? Got the same issue here with my friend at least it they don't have this message on their xbox app it means the
problem doesn't come from the game rather weird w10 ms ****.

I was having the same issue.. so i logged into the smartglass app and deleted all of my messages.. now i can use messages on xbox.com but it's still not working on the W10 Xbox App. If I click messages, the app shuts down.
